AI processing permission
Before Voice2Venture sends recorded audio to Deepgram for transcription or sends transcript text and business context to OpenAI for analysis, the app asks you to Allow AI Processing. You can decline. To revoke permission later, open You → Privacy & Data → Revoke AI Processing Permission. Revocation stops new content from being sent to these providers; it does not delete content already stored in your Voice2Venture account.
Delete your account
In Voice2Venture, open You → Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Apple-linked accounts may be asked to confirm with Sign in with Apple so the authorization can be revoked.
Manage recordings and sessions
Use the session history inside Voice2Venture to review and remove content where deletion controls are available. For additional deletion or export help, email hello@kokoro.cool from the address associated with your account. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or private recording content in your email.
Microphone and notifications
Manage microphone access in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Voice2Venture cannot record without microphone permission. Notification controls, when enabled, are available in iOS Settings → Notifications.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting a Voice2Venture account does not cancel billing handled by Apple. Restore Purchases is available in the app settings.

To request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of eligible personal information, contact hello@kokoro.cool. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
