These Terms govern your use of Voice2Venture, operated by 1001516868 Ontario Inc., doing business as KOKORO Studio. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Voice2Venture records and transcribes spoken business thinking and uses artificial intelligence to generate potential insights, opportunities, risks, and next steps. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Voice2Venture does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for validating important assumptions and decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use Voice2Venture lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload content you lack the right to use, violate another person’s rights, or use the service to create unlawful or harmful material.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and analyze that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Voice2Venture. You are responsible for having permission to record other people and process confidential or personal information.
Subscriptions
Paid features may require an auto-renewable subscription. Apple displays the applicable price, billing period, and trial terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple’s terms. Deleting your Voice2Venture account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, or misuse. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice2Venture is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business decisions made using AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple terms
If you downloaded Voice2Venture from Apple, Apple is not responsible for the app or support. Your use is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Questions: hello@kokoro.cool.
